Board Member Barb Kenney
In 1996, she was a member of the Convention Center Expansion Committee, recommending against city subsidies for the venture. In 1997, she founded FAIR (Fiscal Accounting Involving Residents) in Bellevue, and became a member of the Business and Residents Discussion Group, which worked to diminish the power of Bellevue's bureaucracy. In addition to her wonderful service on the Clare Boothe Luce Policy Institute Board of Directors, Barbara serves on the board for the Lillian S. Wells Foundation, Evergreen Freedom Foundation, and Capitol Research Foundation. Barbara is a champion for limited government, school choice, and active community involvement. She lives with her husband in Washington State. |
