Board Member Kellyanne Conway
A professionally trained moderator, Conway has personally directed more than 250 focus groups and other qualitative discussions, targeting prospective legislation, industry messages, Internet usage, consumer products, methods of crisis management and general communications techniques. A "fully-recovered" attorney, Conway is admitted to practice law in four jurisdictions (Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia). She has practiced law, clerked for a judge in Washington, DC and for four years, was an adjunct professor at George Washington University Law Center. A native of South Jersey, Conway is an only child who was valedictorian of her high school class and New Jersey Blueberry Princess. Conway is a magna cum laude graduate of Trinity College in Washington, DC, where she earned a B.A. in political science, studied at Oxford University, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She holds a law degree, with honors, from George Washington University Law Center. Conway has provided commentary for hundreds of television shows on ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, CNN, CNBC, MSNBC and FOX News, and countless radio shows and print stories. Conway has been profiled in over a dozen magazines, newspapers and television programs. Her polling data and op-eds have been published by The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, the New York Times, the New York Post, The Washington Times, USA Today, National Review, Human Events, Investor's Business Daily and Campaigns and Elections. She is the president and CEO of thepollingcompany, inc. and co-author of What Women Really Want. Conway is married and resides in Vienna, Virginia and New York City. She is the mother of four.
